By using Trugifta (our app, website, or any services), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Who Can Use Trugifta
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal ability to enter agreements.
You must use Trugifta for lawful purposes only - not for fraud, harassment, or illegal activities.

What Trugifta Is and Is Not

- We are not a bank or savings institution
- We don't take deposits like a bank
- Your money is NOT insured by any deposit protection
✅ Trugifta is for:
- Sending gifts and surprises to people you know
- Testing relationships through loyalty challenges
- Receiving tips from fans and supporters
Important: Please don't store large amounts of money in Trugifta for long periods. Think of it like a wallet for sending and receiving gifts, not a savings account.

Your Responsibilities
Keep your account secure: Don't share your password. Use a strong, unique password.
Tell us if something's wrong: If you notice suspicious activity, contact us immediately.
Use Trugifta responsibly: Don't use it for illegal activities, fraud, or harassment.
Be honest: Provide accurate information about yourself.

Financial Risks:
There's a risk of losing money due to:

What We're NOT Liable For:
To the extent allowed by law, Trugifta is NOT responsible for:
- Lost or stolen money in your account
- Delayed or failed transactions
- Relationship problems caused by using Trugifta
- Emotional distress from verification results
